E‑commerce Assistant – Online Operations Support

About the role

MGM Muthu Hotels is looking for a motivated E‑commerce Assistant to help manage its online retail channels. You will support product uploads, inventory coordination, order processing and content updates across multiple digital platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Upload and maintain product listings on all e‑commerce platforms.
• Keep inventory levels and pricing accurate across every sales channel.
• Process daily orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Assist with content creation and updates on the company’s digital properties.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS (a plus).
