Early Childhood Coach

About the role

Alpha, an AI‑powered private school, is looking for an Early Childhood Coach to lead a K‑3 cohort in Dorado, Puerto Rico. You will drive high‑energy, mastery‑focused learning for 10‑15 children, using adaptive learning technology and hands‑on life‑skills workshops.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate one‑hour, hands‑on life‑skills workshops that incorporate storytelling, dynamic pacing, and active drills.
• Use Coachbot analytics to identify obstacles early, set daily and weekly benchmarks, and keep each student progressing in adaptive learning apps.
• Conduct group check‑ins to reinforce objectives, celebrate achievements, and address issues before they affect targets.
• Deploy motivation systems such as school currency, leaderboards, and rewards to boost focus, persistence, and performance.
• Step in immediately when students lose focus or encounter difficulty, coaching problem‑solving and self‑correction on the spot.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Full fluency in English.
• Intermediate Spanish proficiency for behavior management and family communication.
• At least 3 years of experience working with children ages 4‑9 in high‑energy environments.
