E-Retail Search Specialist

About the role

The E-Retail Search Specialist will be the primary point of contact for delivering Nestlé's eRetail Organic Search service. You will use the Digital Shelf Analytics tool (Data Impact) and other resources to develop keyword strategies that boost the online visibility and search performance of Nestlé brands across eRetail platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with market teams and Search Experts to analyse and develop keyword strategies.
• Ensure quality assurance by verifying correct tagging and categorisation of search terms.
• Conduct comprehensive eContent audits and support implementation to improve product visibility.
• Generate post‑implementation reports to measure Share of Search increases and provide actionable insights.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks such as testing new functionalities and improving operational processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Digital Media, Digital Communication, Digital Technologies or Marketing.
• Fluent speaking, writing and editing skills in English.
• Proven experience in SEO, preferably within eCommerce or retail.
• Experience in keyword optimisation and performance tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
• Highly proactive, motivated and innovative, with a team‑oriented mindset.
