E-commerce Growth Marketer

About the role

Join a fast‑growing performance marketing agency in Lisbon and lead paid acquisition for a new fashion e‑commerce brand launching in the US. You will own the paid media strategy, budget, and execution from day one, working closely with leadership to drive rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google with monthly budgets of €50k+.
• Scale campaigns internationally, focusing on the US and UK, and experiment with TikTok Shop and creator/UGC partnerships.
• Track core metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate) and report growth insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with creative, content and customer‑support teams to improve ad performance and post‑purchase experience.
• Manage day‑to‑day Shopify operations, including product uploads, page updates and CRO.
• Build and optimise AI‑driven workflows for automation, reporting and support.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience as an e‑commerce media buyer.
• Proven track record scaling international DTC brands, especially in the US/UK.
• Hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads budgets of €50k+/month.
• Strong ownership mindset and comfort with AI tools.
• Fluent English communication.
