Dutch‑Speaking Backoffice Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Backoffice Specialist to join Bosch’s Service Solutions team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers using our mobile application, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer requests and provide clear, step‑by‑step guidance on app usage.
• Advise customers on software and app updates and direct them to appropriate support channels when issues fall outside our scope.
• Escalate recurring problems to second‑level support and keep the technical team informed.
• Act as the liaison between customers, dealerships and internal technical teams.
• Support the call centre by handling phone inquiries and documenting interactions.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Dutch (C1 level) and fluent English.
• Strong communication skills, solution‑oriented attitude and commitment to quality.
• Previous experience in a customer‑service or call‑centre environment, preferably handling phone requests.
• Interest in the travel industry and modern digital products such as mobile apps.

Required skills

• Dutch language proficiency (C1).

• Experience with customer‑service tools and app support.
