Dutch/Flemish-Speaking Customer Support Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Dutch or Flemish‑speaking Customer Support Trainer to join our Lisbon office. You will design, deliver and continuously improve training programs for our Dutch‑ and Flemish‑speaking service teams, ensuring new hires and existing agents are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide outstanding customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interactive classroom and virtual training sessions covering product knowledge, soft skills, CRM navigation and policy compliance.
• Adapt global training materials into localized Dutch/Flemish resources and e‑learning modules.
• Support new agents during their nesting period with real‑time floor assistance, call shadowing and skill evaluations.
• Collaborate with Quality Analysts and Team Leaders to identify performance gaps and deliver targeted refresher workshops or 1‑on‑1 coaching.
• Maintain and update knowledge‑base articles, training manuals and assessment quizzes to reflect platform and procedural changes.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in Dutch or Flemish (C1/C2) and strong professional English (B2/C1).
• Valid Portuguese work/residence permit.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in training, onboarding or senior coaching within a customer support or contact‑center environment.
• Excellent presentation, communication and classroom‑management abilities.
