Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking a Dutch‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Lisbon. The role is on‑site, full‑time and operates on a rotating 24/7 schedule, offering the chance to assist buyers, sellers and creators in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Investigate and resolve order, logistics and other buyer/seller issues.
• Review reported cases within established turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate complex or unresolved matters according to company protocols.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong active‑listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
• Previous contact‑centre or customer‑service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets or computers for daily tasks.
