Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading outsourcing/BPO consultancy in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels, delivering clear and accurate information while supporting a global travel and tourism brand.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, live chat and social media.
• Provide product, service and basic technical information in line with company policies.
• Document case details accurately in the appropriate systems.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to internal teams or higher‑level support.
• Collaborate with colleagues and technical teams to ensure proper case closure.
• Manage a personal queue of tickets, prioritize tasks and follow supervisor guidance.
• Offer feedback to improve service processes and share knowledge with the team.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch (C2) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across phone, email, chat and social media.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles and ability to follow standard procedures.
• Capability to handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot common issues with guidance.
• Experience with customer service software, ticketing systems or CRM tools is preferred.
• Effective problem‑solving, organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability for shift rotation, Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM‑8 PM.
