Document & Quality Control Specialist – Industry

About the role

Quadrante is seeking a Document & Quality Control Specialist to join the Coordination department of its Industry Business Unit in Alfragide. You will play a key role in managing technical documentation and ensuring quality standards across national and international engineering projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of continuous improvement tools within the business unit.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project, monitoring progress and follow‑up.
• Organise licensing documentation processes and manage deliverables, reports, and progress curves.
• Record and track client comments, preparing project documentation for client handover.
• Verify document compliance with internal standards and client requirements.
• Review title blocks, folder structures, and issue transmittals.
• Support administrative processes related to quality and document control.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Methodical, organised and detail‑oriented.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to adapt to multidisciplinary environments.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
