About the role

The school is seeking a qualified Mathematics teacher for the 3rd cycle (lower secondary) to deliver curriculum, assess student progress and support the school community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance and email plans to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organise class materials and keep the grade book up to date.
• Design, administer and grade monthly assessments and all assigned work.
• Maintain a decorated classroom with relevant materials and supervise playground duties.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic, behavioural or special needs.
• Attend meetings, workshops, parent meetings and school events, and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
• Record daily attendance, manage homework boards and collect portfolio assignments each evaluation period.
• Promote student participation in sub‑committees, community service projects and fundraising activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum two years of teaching experience, preferably in secondary mathematics.
• Advanced proficiency in English (speaking, reading and writing).
• Ability to work under pressure, strong organisational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in digital tools.
• Intermediate‑level Microsoft Office skills.
