Distribution Partner Manager – North Region

About the role

The Distribution Partner Manager – North Region will be responsible for representing Red Bull with assigned distribution partners, developing annual business plans, driving growth and ensuring execution of Red Bull initiatives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of distributor structures, build relationships from owners to managers, and coordinate regular strategy meetings.
• Set and monitor sales, distribution and execution targets for partners, conduct trade visits and coach field teams.
• Develop and agree annual business plans with partners covering distribution, volume, investments and KPIs.
• Manage incentive, free‑goods and POS budgets, and allocate POS resources.
• Track performance against KPIs, implement benchmarking systems and drive continuous improvement.
• Negotiate with partners to optimise Red Bull’s market share and act as a category consultant.
• Collect and analyse market and competitor intelligence, ensuring accurate data entry into Red Bull systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing distributor or wholesale relationships in the beverage sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to develop business plans and monitor KPIs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing senior partner stakeholders.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned geography for trade visits.
