Director of Sales – Europe, Middle East & Africa

About the role

Webbing is seeking a hands‑on Director of Sales to lead and expand its enterprise connectivity business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This senior position combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution, driving revenue growth while building a high‑performing sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and accelerate revenue growth across the assigned regions.
• Define and implement go‑to‑market and expansion strategies.
• Partner with sales teams to shape, negotiate and close strategic enterprise deals.
• Recruit, develop and scale a high‑performing enterprise sales team.
• Foster a high‑velocity closing culture for both new acquisition and expansion.
• Develop and grow channel and partner relationships into measurable revenue streams.
• Establish rigorous operating processes for pipeline management, forecasting and performance tracking.

Required profile

• 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing a recurring revenue book larger than US $30 M per year.
• Demonstrated ability to scale revenue in high‑growth, SaaS or platform‑focused environments.
• Strong coaching skills and a willingness to roll up sleeves on complex deals.
• Experience with partner‑led and channel sales models.
• Comfort operating across distributed teams and multiple markets.
