Director of Product Management – Strategic Growth

About the role

The Director, Product Management – Strategic Growth will lead the long‑term evolution of Mastercard Academy’s professional learning portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape product vision, drive commercial strategy and ensure sustained engagement across global customer segments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap and commercialization plans that generate sustainable revenue and customer lifetime value.
• Identify emerging industry trends, capability gaps and customer needs to create new learning products, certifications and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Partner with internal business leaders, product teams and external experts to design differentiated learning experiences.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives spanning Product, Services, Consulting, Marketing, Sales, Regional teams and Technology.
• Own the full product lifecycle—from market opportunity assessment and business case development through launch, optimisation and portfolio evolution.
• Leverage customer insights, learning analytics and market intelligence to improve engagement, adoption and learner outcomes.
• Develop scalable go‑to‑market strategies that enable regional teams to position, sell and grow Academy offerings worldwide.
• Drive innovation in digital learning, including certifications, simulations, AI‑enabled learning and personalization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior product management and strategic growth roles.
• Strong track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering commercial results.
• Deep understanding of digital learning solutions and emerging technologies.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
