Digital Marketing Manager - Inbound Lead Gen: Plumbing

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to own the end‑to‑end inbound growth engine for a commercial and residential plumbing business in Portugal. You will turn search, paid media, social channels, landing pages and automation into qualified opportunities that drive enquiries, appointments, quotes and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets.
• Lead SEO and local search initiatives, including keyword research, technical optimisation, citation building and Google Business Profile management.
• Create and optimise high‑converting landing pages and funnel flows for services such as emergency plumbing, blocked drains, leak detection and commercial projects.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and retargeting programmes, continuously refining budgets, bids, audiences and creative.
• Oversee social media content creation, community engagement and promotion of plumbing advice and case studies.
• Build and maintain GoHighLevel pipelines, forms, workflows, dashboards and automated email/SMS journeys.
• Develop lead‑nurture journeys, lead magnets and seasonal campaigns to move prospects from enquiry to booked work.
• Analyse performance data, identify funnel weaknesses and implement optimisation tactics.
