About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with a focus on go‑to‑market (GTM) execution to boost brand visibility and product awareness in the hospitality connectivity solutions market. Based in Lisbon, you will collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Sales, Partnerships and the central marketing team to ensure consistent positioning and successful product launches across global hospitality markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and execute digital marketing and GTM plans across paid, owned, and organic channels.
  • Define positioning, messaging, and value narratives for hospitality networking solutions.
  • Lead digital activation and content creation for product launches and updates.
  • Develop and maintain B2B content such as website pages, case studies, and one‑pagers.
  • Align sales‑ and partner‑facing digital assets with Sales and Partnerships leadership.
  • Manage website, SEO/SEM, and digital performance using approved tools.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends and feed insights back to product and GTM planning.
  • Ensure alignment with company marketing standards, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing or GTM, preferably in B2B tech and hospitality.
  • Operational background with strong messaging and launch expertise.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into clear market narratives.
  • Experience in matrixed, multi‑brand environments.
  • Fluent English; French is a plus.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent certification.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working with global stakeholders.
