Digital Marketing Analyst – French Speaker

About the role

Experis is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst who is fluent in French and English to join an international, hybrid team. You will analyse digital campaign performance, turn data into actionable insights and support internal stakeholders in optimizing marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth analyses of web data to evaluate digital campaign performance.
• Identify trends and patterns, preparing regular performance reports for stakeholders.
• Use Power BI to visualise findings and present clear, actionable recommendations.
• Provide first‑level technical and functional support for Adobe Analytics and related tools.
• Train users on best practices for digital analysis and manage analytics account permissions.
• Maintain internal tools such as the OUP tracked‑URL generator and assist with analytics project tracking.
• Stay current with digital analytics trends and propose new tools or methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital data analysis and visualisation.
• Fluent in French and English (C1 level or higher).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Advanced expertise in Adobe Analytics.
• Proficiency with Power BI for data visualisation.
• Experience with SQL and data‑warehouse environments.
• Familiarity with cookie‑consent management tools.
• Knowledge of project‑management platforms such as Monday (optional).
