About the role

Strawberry Brand Studio is seeking a Digital Designer based in Lisbon to create elevated, contemporary digital experiences. This full‑time hybrid position focuses on website design that aligns with each client’s brand strategy and visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design responsive websites that reflect client positioning and strategic direction.
• Prepare organized design files in Figma for seamless hand‑off to developers.
• Brief and direct developers to ensure the final product matches the original creative vision.
• Stay ahead of emerging design trends, technologies, and AI‑powered workflows.
• Maintain a minimalist, refined aesthetic while ensuring visual impact without noise.

Required profile

• Strong visual eye with sensitivity to typography, composition, rhythm, and spacing.
• Highly attuned to contemporary digital culture and emerging trends.
• Proactive, resourceful, and continuously curious about design evolution.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly while preserving a high level of refinement.

Required skills

• Fluent in Figma.
• Strong proficiency in Webflow.
• Experience designing responsive websites.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
