Digital Channels Manager

About the role

Triple‑S is looking for a Digital Channels Manager to lead the development and execution of its content strategy across social media, blogs and other owned platforms. The role will maximise organic visibility, optimise content for search and AI‑driven engines, and protect the brand’s reputation through social listening and sentiment analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated social‑media strategies that align with organisational goals and drive audience engagement.
• Create and manage a comprehensive content‑marketing plan and editorial calendar, overseeing end‑to‑end production, publication and optimisation of blog articles.
• Develop and execute SEO, GEO and answer‑engine optimisation tactics, including keyword research, on‑page and technical optimisation, and local business profile management.
• Monitor brand mentions, industry conversations and audience sentiment using social‑listening tools, translating insights into content and reputation‑management actions.
• Manage digital reputation by responding to feedback, identifying experience gaps and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy and SEO within a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social‑listening data and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with PR, communications, product and operations teams.
• Ability to manage multiple digital channels while maintaining brand consistency.
