Dialysis Nurse (Full-time) – Sintra

About the role

Diaverum is seeking a dedicated Dialysis Nurse to join its Sintra clinic. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality renal care to patients living with chronic kidney disease.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across all clinical settings in the dialysis unit.
• Implement quality and safety standards based on best clinical practice and evidence‑based care.
• Document nursing interventions accurately and promptly.
• Empower patients and families, promoting autonomy and treatment adherence.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training, and professional development activities.
• Assist in organising and managing the nursing team’s workload.

Required profile

• Degree in Nursing with a valid professional licence.
• Fluency in Portuguese; English proficiency is preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, initiative and critical‑thinking abilities.
