DevSecOps Engineer – CI/CD & Kubernetes (French/English)

About the role

As a DevSecOps Engineer you will be responsible for the reliability, security and performance of our CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes‑based platforms. You will work closely with solution, business and production teams as well as external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of software across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, support and continuously improve the CI/CD platform and Kubernetes clusters.
• Design and implement automation using Jenkins pipelines, Ansible and other scripting tools.
• Collaborate with solution teams, business units, IT production and external providers to resolve incidents and optimise workflows.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to container orchestration and delivery pipelines.
• Contribute to security hardening and compliance of the deployment environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a DevSecOps, DevOps or similar role.
• Higher education degree in IT or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English (minimum B2/C1 level).
• Strong ability to work with diverse stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
