DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

Oowlish is looking for a DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer to join an AI‑focused SaaS startup. You will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and scaling the cloud infrastructure that powers the platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability for global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and manage web, mobile, and API applications across Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and observability tools such as NewRelic, Datadog, Prometheus and Grafana.
• Design, build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines, Jenkins or CircleCI.
• Manage containerized environments with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
• Write automation scripts in Bash and other scripting languages.
• Develop incident response processes and disaster‑recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with development, product and operations teams to improve system reliability and deployment efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE or a related role.
• Strong hands‑on experience deploying web, mobile and API applications.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools (NewRelic, Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, CircleCI).
• Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Good scripting skills in Bash.
• Familiarity with incident response and disaster‑recovery planning.
