DevOps & Generative AI Engineer

About the role

As a DevOps & Generative AI Engineer at Bosch Car Multimedia, you will create AI‑powered tools that streamline engineering activities across the product development lifecycle. You will blend cutting‑edge generative AI techniques with robust DevOps practices to make complex engineering processes smarter and more efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy Generative AI agents that assist with requirements analysis, documentation, test interpretation and failure analysis.
• Build Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using large language models, embeddings and vector databases to handle structured and semi‑structured engineering data.
• Integrate AI agents with existing engineering tools, code repositories, databases and enterprise platforms.
• Ensure solutions meet reliability, traceability, security and responsible AI standards in a regulated environment.
• Collaborate with engineering, security and compliance teams to evaluate performance, usability and business value.
• Document architectures, APIs, integration concepts and operational guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of AI platforms, DevOps processes and engineering workflows.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
• Proven experience in software engineering and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate engineering challenges into AI solutions.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional experts.
