DevOps Engineer – Relocation to Portugal (Hybrid in Lisbon/Porto)

About the role

KWAN is seeking experienced DevOps Engineers who are ready to relocate to Portugal and work in a hybrid setting in Lisbon or Porto. You will join international projects, helping clients modernise their cloud environments while advancing your own career.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
• Automate deployment, configuration, and operational processes.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and implement infrastructure‑as‑code practices.
• Monitor system reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to improve security, observability, and platform stability.
• Support cloud migration and modernisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Good knowledge of containers and orchestration technologies.
• Comfortable working in Linux environments and writing scripts.
• Fluent English and French communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Portugal and work hybrid in Lisbon or Porto.
