DevOps Engineer - GitOps & Kubernetes

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain infrastructure using GitOps principles. You will automate CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes clusters, and implement ArgoCD or FluxCD solutions while collaborating closely with development and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and operate GitOps‑based infrastructure on Kubernetes.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable, predictable releases.
• Implement and maintain ArgoCD or FluxCD for continuous delivery.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts and Kustomize configurations.
• Configure and manage monitoring stacks such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve incidents and improve reliability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes (RBAC, Ingress, networking, storage).
• Practical experience with ArgoCD or FluxCD in a GitOps workflow.
• Active development of Helm charts and Kustomize configurations.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Linux, and core CI/CD tooling.
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash, Python, or Go.
• Fluent English communication skills.
