DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & Cloud Automation

About the role

Komodo Consulting is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join its technology project team, working on designing, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure for public and private sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple technology stacks.
• Manage cloud and on‑premises infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Deploy, operate and scale containerised applications on Kubernetes or equivalent platforms.
• Automate build, test, release and operational workflows.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting solutions to ensure reliability.
• Integrate security and quality practices (DevSecOps) into the delivery lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes and drive preventive improvements.
• Support development teams in adopting DevOps practices and tooling.

Required profile

• 3+ years of solid experience in DevOps, CI/CD and automation.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift, including Helm charts.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Knowledge of IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Scripting experience in Bash, Python or PowerShell.
• English level B2 or above.
