DevOps Engineer (3+ years) – Lisbon Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to join KCS IT’s Lisbon hub. The role focuses on building and maintaining automated, cloud‑native infrastructure for a variety of client projects, supporting both hybrid and remote delivery models.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible or similar tools.
• Containerize applications and orchestrate workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and fast releases.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to adopt cloud best practices on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Manage source code repositories and version control using Git.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise performance of production environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Strong automation mindset and commitment to continuous delivery.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
