About the role
Parfois is seeking a motivated Designer Trainee to join its Handbags team at the Porto headquarters. The role offers a hands‑on opportunity to support the creation of upcoming handbag collections while gaining valuable experience in fashion design and product development.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in trend research and compile trend panels to inform design direction.
- Contribute to the development of new handbag collections from concept to final product.
- Prepare detailed technical sheets and specifications for production.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Buying, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment across the product lifecycle.
Required profile
- Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
- Strong awareness of current and emerging fashion trends.
- Creative, proactive and collaborative mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
