About the role

TMC is an international high‑tech consultancy seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join its Porto team. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility, and focuses on building scalable, cloud‑native web applications for business‑critical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain full‑stack applications using Java and Angular.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and micro‑services.
• Create responsive, user‑friendly front‑end interfaces with Angular.
• Implement secure backend services with Java and Spring Boot.
• Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers and DevOps teams.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews and best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, optimise and enhance application performance.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Java and Angular development.
• Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs and micro‑service architectures.
• Familiarity with major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying up‑to‑date with emerging technologies.
