Deputy Site Manager

About the role

The Deputy Site Manager will support the Site Manager in overseeing network‑related construction activities in Cantanhede, Portugal. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, the role ensures that all on‑site work is executed safely, on schedule and in line with design specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate subcontracted teams covering electricity, HVAC, ITED, domotica, SPK, compressed air and gas systems.
• Plan, sequence and monitor daily works to meet project timelines.
• Optimize design solutions and verify compliance with technical drawings and measurements.
• Maintain a daily work record including photos, reports and any deviations.

Required profile

• Preferred degree in Electrotechnics or qualification as an Electromechanical Technician.
• Basic English proficiency (B1) and ability to travel within a 50 km radius of Cantanhede.
• Strong on‑site management mindset and familiarity with network construction environments.

Required skills

• Knowledge of electricity systems.
• Understanding of ITED and home automation technologies.
• HVAC system expertise.
• Proficiency with Excel and CAD tools.
