Demand Specialist – Supply Chain (M/F/D)

About the role

As a maternity‑leave replacement, you will join Dorel Juvenile’s Supply Chain team to manage demand for a specific market or brand. You will act as the primary liaison between the supply chain and internal departments, ensuring product availability and optimal sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market availability, secure key deals and anticipate shortages in collaboration with supply partners.
• Maintain the order book, ensuring forecasts are met and markets are served appropriately.
• Serve as the single point of contact for quality issues, coordinating analysis, priorities and communication.
• Develop offers and promotions, manage excess and obsolete stock, and respond to sales inquiries on product availability.
• Oversee new product introductions, execute launch plans and monitor progress.
• Track and improve availability and delivery performance KPIs, defining action plans to raise service levels.

Required profile

• Graduated with a 3‑5 year diploma in Business, Finance or Logistics.
• Service‑driven mindset with strong communication skills in a multicultural, European environment.
• Ability to quickly analyse issues, make decisions and balance market service with stock constraints.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with M3, Power BI, Futurmaster or other advanced planning systems.

What we offer

• Annual gross salary ranging from €19,500 to €22,000, based on experience.
• Full‑time position (40 hours per week) with the possibility of future growth.
