Deliverability Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Deliverability Operator to join a digital‑marketing client’s team. You will be responsible for ensuring email campaigns reach inboxes efficiently while protecting domain and IP reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Configure technical settings for email campaigns.
• Monitor and optimise deliverability metrics such as inbox placement, delivery rates, bounce rates and spam complaints.
• Maintain and protect domain and IP reputation.
• Identify and resolve deliverability issues, ISP blocks and blocklist incidents.
• Analyse campaign performance and implement corrective actions when required.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on deliverability performance.

Required profile

• Degree, technical course, or at least 2 years of experience in systems administration, IT or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Good English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
• Basic HTML knowledge to spot common email coding and rendering issues.
• Understanding of key email deliverability metrics and performance monitoring.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
