About the role

This remote contractor position focuses on training next‑generation AI systems by providing high‑quality, real‑world data. You will leverage your domain expertise to shape how models learn, reason, and perform, without needing prior AI experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess diverse data sets to ensure integrity and readiness for analysis.
• Develop, validate, and implement statistical models that extract actionable insights from complex data.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business improvement opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations through compelling visualizations and reports for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate with team members to design and execute end‑to‑end data projects, from ideation to delivery.
• Continuously improve analytical methodologies and automate data workflows.
• Communicate data‑driven recommendations clearly in written and verbal formats.

Required profile

• Strong background in statistics, mathematics and data analysis techniques.
• Proven experience handling large, complex data sets with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing clarity and precision.
• Experience working in remote, cross‑functional or customer‑focused team environments is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and modeling.
• Ability to build and validate predictive models.
• Advanced data visualization using Tableau, Power BI, or similar libraries.
