Data & HR Analyst – Remote (Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a Data & HR Analyst to lead data migration and quality initiatives for our HR systems. The role is fully remote from Portugal and requires strong analytical expertise to ensure accurate employee and payroll data across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and integrity.
• Develop and apply data mapping, transformation rules and migration processes.
• Support data extraction, cleansing, validation and reconciliation of large data sets.
• Review, validate and challenge vendor‑delivered data to guarantee compliance.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to define and implement data rules aligned with business processes.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of professional experience in data analysis, data migration or related roles.
• Proven experience managing data migration projects with a focus on HR and payroll data.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• SQL
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors, UKG or ADP
• Knowledge of data mapping and transformation methodologies
