Data Engineer – Quality Assurance & Automation

About the role

Partnership Net is seeking a full‑time Data Engineer to join its AI‑powered sponsorship platform team. Based in the Greater Aveiro Area with a hybrid work model, you will lead data quality initiatives, build automated pipelines, and ensure seamless data flow across internal and external systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and normalization.
• Create automated processes to detect and correct duplicate records.
• Implement data quality scoring systems and monitoring dashboards.
• Ensure interoperability between CRMs, external databases, and internal dashboards.
• Collaborate on data governance, certification policies, and quality assurance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in quality control and assurance of data workflows.
• Proven ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams in a hybrid environment.
• Previous experience in AI, SaaS, or data‑driven organisations is a plus.
• Relevant certification in data quality or security is highly valued.
