About the role

Join Go4Mobility, a leading provider of digital mobile solutions, as a Data & Business Intelligence professional. You will help transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse reporting requirements from multiple departments.
• Design and build dashboards, reports and visualisations using Power BI or Tableau.
• Model data structures (star schema, data marts) and maintain efficient data organisation.
• Develop, schedule and monitor ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from databases, APIs and external systems.
• Ensure data quality, identify anomalies and implement corrective actions.
• Track key performance indicators, provide insights and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to promote data‑driven decision‑making.
• Document data models, processes and created reports.
• Support data‑governance initiatives and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2‑3 days per week onsite in Lisbon).
