Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our innovative, collaborative team in Lisbon. You will work with modern data platforms and analytics solutions, turning raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The role combines data engineering, analysis, and stakeholder communication in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain data pipelines using Apache Airflow.
• Develop extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) workflows.
• Optimize code and database queries for performance and scalability.
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Deliver insights in clear, user‑friendly formats.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and assess impact.
• Ensure data reliability, stability, and quality across systems.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Python, including API development.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle Database.
• Hands‑on experience with Apache Airflow and pipeline development.
• Knowledge of PySpark and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
