Data Analyst – Hybrid (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our innovative, collaborative team in Lisbon. The role combines data engineering and analytical work, using modern platforms to turn raw data into actionable insights. You will work in a hybrid setting, spending 2–3 days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain data pipelines with Apache Airflow.
• Develop extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) workflows.
• Optimize code and database queries for performance and scalability.
• Analyze data to spot trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities.
• Deliver insights in clear, user‑friendly formats.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and assess impact.
• Ensure data reliability, stability and quality across systems.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Python, including API development.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle Database.
• Knowledge of PySpark and data warehouse concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with Apache Airflow pipeline development.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• English level minimum B2.
