Data Analyst – Agile Data & Visualization

About the role

Randstad Digital is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Global Markets front office. You will turn diverse data sources into actionable insights, enabling faster decision‑making for sales, traders and sponsors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust databases from multiple sources, handling the full data lifecycle (feeds industrialisation, ETL, warehousing, visualisation).
• Develop data processing and modelling pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Deliver analytical products through Tableau, Power BI, APIs and chat‑bots.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Drive problem‑solving initiatives, automate tools and create data‑driven solutions that support business growth.

Required profile

• Professional experience with a data‑visualisation tool (Tableau or Power BI).
• Hands‑on data analysis using Python (Pandas) and SQL.
• Ability to analyse, synthesise and simplify complex information.
• Fluent English communication skills.
