About the role

Join a fast‑growing streaming and entertainment project as a Danish‑speaking Customer Service Representative in Lisbon. You will assist users across multiple channels, ensuring smooth account setup, subscription management and technical troubleshooting. The role is ideal for dynamic individuals who enjoy helping customers in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support via phone, chat, email and social media.
• Assist customers with account creation, login issues and subscription changes.
• Troubleshoot streaming, app and other technical problems.
• Handle payment queries, service pauses, cancellations and renewals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and log interactions.
• Report trends and feedback to improve the service.

Required profile

• Fluent Danish (C2) and good English (B2) communication skills.
• Strong listening, empathy and customer‑orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Previous customer‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Effective verbal and written communication in Danish and English.
