Czech-speaking Content Moderator – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a native Czech speaker to join our Lisbon office as a Content Moderator. The role involves reviewing user‑generated live video streams on an online platform to ensure compliance with community standards and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live video content in real time and verify that minors are not using the livestream function.
• Delete, block, and flag content that breaches company policies, including violent or explicit material.
• Organise and evaluate flagged content for further action and reporting.
• Maintain high accuracy while working under a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Czech with strong written and spoken skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Comfortable reviewing potentially inappropriate, violent or explicit material without bias.
• Strong critical and contextual thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced, multicultural team.
