Cyber Security Analyst

About the role

Decskill is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to support the definition, monitoring and governance of cyber security and IT risk across its regional and local entities. The role will act as a central point of contact for security teams, ensuring consistent application of policies, SLAs and risk metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Update and establish Cyber Security & IT Risk Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between regional and local groups.
• Monitor the cyber security posture of group users hosted by other entities in the region.
• Deploy and maintain the Cyber/IT Risk dashboard using key risk and performance indicators.
• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for central regional teams and Territory CISOs to cascade guidelines, news and alerts.
• Coordinate communication between TCISOs and central teams, sharing local news and clarifications.
• Plan, organize and facilitate EMEA and Territory committees (EXCO).
• Collect, challenge and consolidate inputs from regional teams.
• Assist TCISOs in preparing local Cyber/IT Risk committee materials for regulatory purposes.

Required profile

• ISO lead auditor or lead implementor certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, macros and PowerPoint.
• Strong control mindset – ability to verify operations and ensure procedures are followed.
• General knowledge of cybersecurity risks, frameworks and requirements.
• Risk‑oriented thinking with the ability to challenge information from a security perspective.
• Solid IT knowledge and ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Collaborative attitude, critical analysis skills and focus on resolving blockers.
