Customer Support Specialist – Lisbon (Relocation Package)

About the role

We are looking for motivated Customer Support Specialists to join several international projects based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role is ideal for candidates fluent in Dutch, German, Danish, French or Ukrainian who want to work in a multilingual environment and are ready to relocate.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance across various communication channels for international projects.
• Maintain high service quality by following established procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluency in one of the following languages: Dutch, German, Danish, French, Ukrainian.
• Strong English communication skills.
• EU citizenship or legal right to work in Portugal.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Lisbon.
• Availability to start as soon as possible, with priority given to immediate starters.
