Customer Support Manager

About the role

Batch is looking for a Customer Support Manager to be the voice of the company for retailers and their end‑customers. Based in our Lisbon office, you will ensure a seamless last‑mile experience by handling inquiries, resolving operational issues and turning clients into brand advocates.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support via email, chat, phone and WhatsApp to retailers and their customers.
• Monitor order status, guarantee deliveries as promised, and keep customers informed of any deviations.
• Coordinate with delivery partners to find the best solutions for incidents and ensure they are closed properly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely answers to inquiries.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese and comfortable communicating in English.
• Excellent communicator able to simplify complex issues and address the true needs of users.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive attitude.
