Customer Success Manager

About the role

Loop Future is looking for a Customer Success Manager to act as the primary advocate for its clients in Coimbra. Working in a hybrid setting, you will bridge sales, talent acquisition, delivery and operations to ensure customers receive seamless, value‑added service.

Key responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor for assigned accounts, understanding client business, priorities and constraints.
• Represent the customer’s voice internally, influencing product and process decisions.
• Partner with Sales to onboard new accounts and set them up for long‑term success.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to fulfill client staffing needs, briefing on role requirements and culture.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback and offers, maintaining clear communication among all parties.
• Oversee onboarding of consultants and employees, ensuring contracts and day‑one readiness.
• Manage contract renewals, extensions and rate negotiations.
• Identify cross‑sell, up‑sell and new service opportunities and support Sales with insights.
• Monitor satisfaction, delivery quality and account health metrics, intervening early when issues arise.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or Recruitment, preferably in technology, IT services, consulting or professional services.
• Proven ability to manage and grow B2B client accounts, building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting clients with technology teams, consultants or specialist talent requirements.
