Customer Success Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Success Executive to join Carwow’s Sell My Car team in Porto, guiding car sellers through our online auction process and helping them achieve successful sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of potential sellers and guide them through the Carwow auction process.
• Review and ensure accuracy of car listings before auction entry.
• Provide expert advice balancing price expectations with market realities.
• Communicate with sellers via phone, email, live chat and SMS, handling objections and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate interaction records and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet listing and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Experience in a target‑focused environment managing a pipeline independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to build rapport with diverse sellers.
• Proactive, customer‑focused attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work 9 am‑7 pm, Wednesday to Sunday (40 h/week) and hybrid presence (minimum 3 days in office).
