Customer Service Specialist – English Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will be the first point of contact for Nespresso customers. The role involves handling inquiries across multiple channels, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers via voice, email and chat for both B2C and B2B interactions.
• Identify customer needs quickly and provide appropriate product or service recommendations.
• Prioritise first‑contact resolution to improve overall experience.
• Manage complaints with empathy, turning feedback into service improvements.
• Promote the full range of Nespresso products and benefits.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in customer‑engagement services.
• Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a positive, learning‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and organise work in a fast‑paced environment.
