About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle outbound calls, document customer interactions, and ensure compliance with regulatory and security guidelines. The role is remote and full-time, supporting healthcare claims processing.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and campaigns as directed.
- Thoroughly document all customer transactions in the host system.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts to ensure optimal phone coverage.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
- Safeguard and secure all PHI in accordance with Information Security Policies.
- Follow safety guidelines outlined by the Illness and Injury Prevention Program.
Required profile
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of call-center experience.
- Minimum 6 months of healthcare claims experience.
- Basic mathematical and intermediate typing skills.
- Ability to sit for long periods and work in a private, distraction-free environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to schedule changes.
