About the role
We are seeking French‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our multicultural team in Lisbon. In this on‑site position you will assist customers via phone, email or chat, ensuring their queries are handled professionally and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate support to customers through phone, email and chat.
- Answer questions, resolve issues and follow up on each case.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with a close‑knit team in a structured environment.
Required profile
- Fluent French (spoken and written).
- Good level of English is a plus.
- Motivated with a service‑oriented mindset.
- No prior contact‑centre experience required.
Required skills
- Effective communication in French.
