About the role

Join Linde Global Services as a Customer Service Representative where you will support agents and customers in French and English. You will handle inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring accurate data management and strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assistance via phone, email, and chat, solving simple and complex queries that affect indirect sales performance.
• Maintain accurate and timely customer data in the system.
• Update and modify customer information as required.
• Foster positive relationships with customers and internal departments.

Required profile

• Native-level French and fluent English communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on prompt response.
• Ability to work effectively in a result‑oriented team.
• Minimum education: secondary school.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Basic knowledge of Outlook.
