Customer Service Representative – French Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading European consumer credit platform in Braga. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering professional, empathetic and solution‑oriented support for credit‑related inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers with questions about existing credit, financing requests and general account matters.
• Analyse customer needs and propose clear, personalised solutions.
• Identify and maximise commercial opportunities during interactions.
• Maintain accurate customer records while complying with security and data‑confidentiality procedures.
• Represent the company’s values of transparency, integrity and professionalism.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2 level) – mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust.
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service, banking or financial services is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Braga with rotational shifts.
• Attention to detail, reliability and professionalism.

• Performance bonus €155 per month (12 months).
